Join us for our live, in-person auction events and get in on the action. Bidder registration is available on site once the doors open. In-person registration is for live, in-room bidding only; online registration is required for internet bidding.

Deposits & Proof of Funds

EG Auctions maintains the right to ask for a $500 deposit upon registration. All bidders must be able to demonstrate proof of means to pay for any purchases. The Electric Garage Inc. retains the right to request a $500 cash deposit at its sole discretion.

Accepted Payment Methods

Terms of sale are as follows:

  • Cash
  • E-transfer
  • Certified cheque
  • Bank draft
  • Wire transfer

Personal and/or business cheques will be accepted only when accompanied by an irrevocable letter of guaranteed credit from the bank, stating the buying limit and authorized by an officer of the bank.

All other arrangements must be approved by senior management.

Buyer’s Fees – In Detail

Vehicles

Buyer’s fee of 8% of the bid amount will be charged to the purchaser of each vehicle auction lot sold.

Minimum sales commission on vehicles is $400.00.

Memorabilia

Buyer’s fee of 15% of the bid amount will be charged to the purchaser of each item of EG Auctions memorabilia.
